A Side Note on My Creative Style

I want to share how I create music with my 10 distinct characters. Our songs fall into three main categories:・Character Songs (Identity): Songs that serve as "calling cards," defining who they are.
・Story Songs (Narrative): Songs like "short films" that dive deep into their backgrounds and destinies.

Current Asset Catalog (Ownership-based Generation)

Status: Full Project Ownership (Copyright & Master Rights)For assets generated under platforms that explicitly assign all rights, title, and interest to the user (e.g., Suno AI ToS Revised Nov 6, 2025), the Shark Girls project holds exclusive ownership. This applies to all current catalog assets produced under such terms.

Future & Licensed Assets (License-based Generation)

Status: Perpetual Commercial Use Rights as defined by the applicable ToSFor assets generated under license-based or partnership-based frameworks, the project maintains perpetual commercial use rights. All distribution and monetization are conducted in full compliance with the terms effective at the time of generation.

2. Intellectual Property: Lyrics, Personas, and Prompts

Core creative elements remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Shark Girls project, independent of AI involvement.

Lyrics & Creative Editorial: All lyrics used in Shark Girls productions are finalized through a rigorous human-led editorial process. This includes cases where AI-generated drafts are substantively reconstructed, refined, or curated by human authors to reflect our specific creative intent. As such, the final lyrical output constitutes an original work of human authorship, independent of the AI platform's generation process.Character Personas & Icons: The unique identities, names, backstories, and visual "icons" of the Shark Girls members are protected IP. The value is derived from the creator's intent and world-building, which remains the exclusive property of the project.Creative Instructions (Prompts): Our complex prompt engineering and direction methods are protected as trade secrets and proprietary IP of the Shark Girls project.

Regardless of the AI model generation, we distinguish tracks that have undergone professional human-led production to ensure permanent master rights.

 ・Visuals: Substantive manual editing, including retouching, color grading, and video post-production of AI-generated drafts.・By refining the raw AI output into a new, original studio production, we establish a separate and independent master recording ownership as a derivative work.・This production layer establishes a second line of defense for legacy assets and primary ownership for future licensed assets.
